63 minutes. That's the longest I have window shopped. Quite an achievment, given that I am no fan of shopping, let alone window-shopping. Time is staring at me like this huge monstor, whom I have to slay in a slow painful process. My lazy idle brain is looking at ways to spend the next 4 hours. Killing time was never easy.

Place: Dubai Airport
Time: 2230 hrs local time
Next mission: Kill another 8 hrs in a boring flight from DXB-LHR.

London beckons. This time it is for a short business trip. ( By short, I mean, really short ). Gowndamani once said - 'Technology has improved so much aa'. But, I would say, it's not that much. What kind of technological world we are in, that requires me to travel more than 24 hours to attend meeting for just 8 hours. If only teleportation was a reality ( sigh.. sigh.. ). We need more Einsteins. We have had enough of Bill Gateses.

Dubai airport looks nice. The main attraction being the wide range of duty-free shops. Dubai is supposed to be a heaven for shoppers. One can imagine why, by just looking at the airport. Plus, it is pretty busy even at this time of the day. ( Or maybe, it is more busy at only this time of the day ). In any case, the reason why I like Dubai airport is the free connectivity :) However, the connection keeps breaking every two minutes. And that seems to drive my ICQ crazy. It's been leaking memory like hell, and the virtual memory it uses shot up to 1 GB !! Waged a mini war, and with my valiant efforts, managed to kill the process before it brought my system down.

Back to the bigger monster - Time :(
