Time is one of the weirdest commodities around. It's not something you can always save at some point and reuse at another point. My current case is particularly frustrating. Yesterday was one of the most hectic days in office, trying to do all the last minute stuff for my travel. And, I ended up not being able to do some of the most important stuff due to lack of time. Now, I am sitting in KL airport, unable to sleep due to some announcement or the other being made every minute, staring at the vast airport hoping for the 8.45 to arrive to catch my Beijing flight. It sucks.. it seriously, sucks. I was trying to find time to do stuff yesterday, while I am trying to find ways to kill time now. The 'Built to Last' book that I borrowed from my office library during the last minute is doing no good either for my tired and drained out eyes.
On the KL airport as such, it looks pretty nice, coz. it's huge and almost empty. ( maybe because of the odd hours ). And it has wireless connectivity and that too FREE !! :) I was hoping to see the sun rise amidst the mighty Boeings and Airbuses. But, looks like, there might not really be a proper orangish sun-rise. The day has broken out and the sun is still not out. :-(
I gather that the weather at Beijing is going to be cruel. My first venture into sub-zero conditions. And I haven't found the time yesterday to buy the thick jacket that I wanted to! Now I can relate to, when people call me crazy / lazy. But, how can I? How can everything be perfect for my travel. Lady luck has to strike, invariably, on my travel. ( unfortunately, the 'lady' in the luck for me, is never kind. ).

Been to Forbidden City as well as the great wall. Forbidden City was really nice.
As far as food was concerned, lived on Pizza Hut pizza ( garden Veggie ). That was the only stuff available that tasted non-chinese :)
